Casey
Curtis, PT, DPT

Dr. Casey Curtis Graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Exercise Science. He continued school to graduate with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Casey had an opportunity to do a neuro based residency with Kaiser Permanente in California gaining a certification in PNF(Proproceptive neuromuscular Facilitation). He also had an opportunity to train with Dr. Blum with the Kansas City Royals during post graduate school. Dr. Curtis has a passion for helping others heal using mobility and natural healing processes.

Casey has lived in Sahuarita for 4 years now with his Wife and 3 daughters. He is an avid Golfer and passionate about health.

Dr. Curtis is the sole owner of Upward Physical Therapy that opened in December of 2022.

Kim Brown
PTA

Kimberly graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree with emphasis on community public health education. She attended Pima Medical Institute where she obtained her Physical Therapy Assistant degree. Kim has been a PTA for 10 years now and has worked in various settings. Kim joined our team in February 2023 and has been an amazing asset to the community and to us.

Kim lives in Northwest Tucson with her Husband and Daughter. She has been in Arizona since 1995.

Jennifer Rogers
PTA, MLD-C

Jen graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2008 and has been working as a PTA in the Green Valley area for 17 years. She was then encouraged to get her MLD certification after being diagnosed with breast cancer and wanting to help others heal from the same, or similar, experiences. She was born and raised in Phoenix AZ, moved out of state for time and has been back in the Tucson/Green Valley area for 22 years. Her kids and their families are in the area as well, so she enjoys seeing them whenever possible.

Erin
Office Manager

Erin is our Office Manager. She recently moved to Arizona from Colorado and was previously a CNA, EKG Tech, and Unit Clerk before joining our team in November 2024. She handles all insurance verification, scheduling, check in/out, and much more behind the scenes! Erin loves to spend her free time baking, painting, spending time with her family, and all things Disney! Please do not hesitate to call her with any office questions!

Karli
PT Tech

Karli is our Physical Therapy Technician, assisting the physicians with patient exercises and office maintenance. She is a former PTA with the goal of recertification. After overcoming breast cancer, she focused on taking care of her son and entrepreneurship. Karli moved to Arizona from Nebraska in 1994. In her spare time, she enjoys pickleball and playing with her rescue fur babies. We are very lucky and excited to have her on our team!
